On [link] there is a little challenge function that displays random poses from a huge library and you can set a time for how long each pose is showing up - like 30 secs for example. And then you do very quick gestural sketches - it's great training!
I would recommend it to everyone for daily routine!
You could spend a mere 5 minutes every day and do 10 sketches and that's it!
So, each of these poses were done in 30 secs with a charcoal sketch pen!

This is a great exercise! Thanks a lot for the link. I've heard it has to be done with one stroke, which means one's not supposed to lift the pencil from the paper.
