CS - Night Club Encounter

Something I painted for a client about 5 months ago.
It's a new IP/character brand but I won't reveal any more.
I was allowed to post this piece.
It was a good learning experience because I tried going about the piece in clear separate stages building it up from scratch logically.
No refs except for some photos for the face of the girl in red because she was supposed to resemble an actual person. And I had photos for the dog, too (just not from that angle).
Oh yeah, painting that fur was tough and so not fun. I can never get it to look good.
