Steam-Turbine Bombers studied by the U.S. Air
Force in the 50's.... Concept was for a Patrol Bomber that could Fly for a Year without Refueling;
Oil, Water replenishment and Crew Change was done Midair with Tankers and Service Craft that could 'land' in-flight. Propulsion Systems were built
and Ground-Tested, worked O.K. Aircraft had to
be Too Large, then Too Slow for a Combat
Mission. Your Artwork is great!
