Here is a crop of my entry for the latest CHOW...
she's supposed to be some japanese gang leader girl :P
blah, not much to say, took around 5 h I think which is way too long, I know... had to repaint certain areas and tweak around.
The pants are badly painted :/

Too long? 5 hours is not that long, I know some good artists that spend 30 to 40 hours on most of their digital paintings. Anyways, I like it, I think it's good.

Dude, nice entry for CHOW. I like the texture on the jacket. You're right about the pants though (pants is a bit translucent...her left leg...intentional?)

I still have to work up the nerve to do CHOW...maybe when I get some free time. Need a lot more practice. The deadline thing throws me off though. ;)

She doesn't look mean enough to be a gang leader ... but maybe that's why her gang is still thriving. :P
