this was roughly modelled in Wings 3D and paitned in Photoshop 7 then.

The Command Center of the Zebnoid planetary outpost on Xantra 4, a high-tech facility equipped with a beam transfusion emmiter (BTE) that can manifest Supracyan cartography.
Planetary exploration has begun on the Zebnoid rim upon Admiral Leetwand’s command since the eradication of Halomonia in 2078.
