I could have uploaded this a looot earlier, just fogot about it.
It's a commissioned robot concept. The clients are building a
styrofoam model from it with a few artistic liberties. See some progress shots here:

They also gonna release a DVD on how the model was built.

Cool! Like the progress shots on the forums...

This is quite cool too, I love the bugform, although I would've liked to see a couple of legs more on it for the final shot ;)
