Uuah, just finished this.
Tired of it now, don't wanna mess any further with it. This was my 2nd round challenge entry for Sijun, topic being Doomsday. I know you don't wanna hear this, but I am not exactly happy with it. Alien design is lame and it lacks scale clarity somehow... well, the whole concept is just plain sterotypical and the city design is just one of those I always end up doing. Wish I'd have more interesting shapes for the buildings - too late now... I like the sky colors...  I painted over an older rough 3D model render of simple box buildings. 7 h for this, no ref., took advantage of using a ruler on the Cintiq again here for quick detailling...  might come back later and fix up things... Oh yeah, figure out yourselves what TEOTWAWKI means!  |
