No, it's not a city, it's a character :)
A CHOW topic, we had to interpret any city we liked as a character.
I went with Shanghai, chaotic tech overload or something like that :D

Not too happy with certain things here, I think I give up too quickly or I am not trying hard enough.. :/
In the beginning I felt extremely rusty and nothing was going very well but in the end it was still kinda fun to paint :)
Approx. 3.5h, without ref.
